From basic kitchen renovations to full-scale entertainment areas, servery windows are gaining popularity in both commercial and residential applications.

Gas Strut Window
Our most requested option is the gas strut window. It allows for a full opening and can also accommodate a flush benchtop finish. When closed, it looks like a fixed window with no divides.
Key features
- Easy to operate
- Flush bench design possible
- XL sizes available
- Complete opening
- Minimal framing blocking your view
- Cost effective compared to some other options
- Motorised option available
- Opens up and outwards to 90-100 degrees
Things to note
- Has to be closed from the outside by reaching up to pull the sash down
- Not always suitable for commercial applications
- Not really suitable for a window with a fall or garden below
- Flyscreen must be magnetic or retractable

Framed Bifold Window
Also a very popular and classic option is the bifolding window, this is more widely the ‘go-to’ product for servery windows and has the option of being partially open, or fully open. The frame system we use must always have a bottom track to guide the movement of the panels so doesn’t always suit a completely flush benchtop finish.
Key features
- Easy to operate, panels are connected
- XL sizes available
- Complete opening or partial opening
- Operated from the inside only
- No size restriction
- Can be fabricated as a corner less design
Things to note
- Always has a bottom track
- Panels stack at 90 degrees, so might take up usable space
- More panel framing blocking the view when closed
- Flyscreen must be magnetic or retractable

Sashless Sliding Window
This option is generally the most cost-effective, and is very user-friendly. The main downside of this window style is that it will reduce your total opening space by generally half or one third - it also generally has framing on all sides so may not suit a flush benchtop finish (design dependent).
Key features
- Easy to operate
- Operated from the inside only
- Cost effective solution
- Top-fixed design can suit a flush benchtop design
- Can have a standard fixed flyscreen if required
Things to note
- Reduced total opening
- Design/size restrictions
- May not suit a flush benchtop design

Frameless Stacking Window
This option gives you a seamless and uninterrupted view no matter how big your opening. With minimal framing, and no bottom track, these windows will enhance the look of any space.
Key features
- Easy to operate
- No size restriction
- Top-hung design can suit a flush benchtop design
- High-end architectural appearance
- Complete opening or partial opening
- Can be fabricated as a cornerless design
Things to note
- Flyscreen must be magnetic or retractable
- 12mm single glazing only
- Not suitable for extreme exposed conditions/weather
