Curved windows are custom made to size in our Melbourne workshop. Each extrusion is custom bent, or laser cut to exact radiuses. Our design includes a glazing bead which allows the product to be glazed just like normal commercial grade windows.
The glass is also custom manufactured in Melbourne and complies to Australian Standards. We always use safety glass, either toughened or custom laminated glass. The type of glass is often chosen based on the requirements of the window. In energy sensitive projects we often used curved double-glazed glass as LowE energy efficient glass cannot be curved.
