Our Story

Nuline started out small in 2002 and we have worked extremely hard to get to where we are today. We’re very proud of our journey and what we’ve accomplished so far.

We began with three managing directors from the train and bus industry, who were in differing ways responsible for designing doors, roof hatches and windows. Nuline’s original vision was to continue in this field, whilst also branching into architectural windows for residential and commercial buildings.

In reality, the demand for quality architectural windows and doors for residential and commercial properties was enough to convince them to focus solely on this industry. This change of industry was much harder than anyone could have anticipated, but through their dedication, work ethic and commitment to quality (including many weekend hours!), the business didn’t just grow, but it thrived.

These same qualities have become ingrained in our business throughout the entire Nuline team - from our friendly estimators, project managers and fabricators, to our knowledgeable and experienced installers. Without the weekend hours this time!

We still have three managing directors, but the team is a bit different now. One of our founding directors, Reinder, his son, Jerry, and honorary brother/son, Arjun. Our three head honchos are still working hard, but now have the support of over 20 people, all considered part of the ‘Nuline Family’ whether related or not.

They now enjoy the luxury of a nice head office, an attached showroom to display our product range, large adjoining fabrication floor and a very well loved coffee machine. Oh, and our little office pooch, Frankie!

We are all proud that our size allows us to take on both large commercial jobs as well as residential/ architectural builds and renovations - while ensuring flexibility, speed and service.

We might need to get in touch with you to discuss your options, make design suggestions and ask for more information (photos, reports etc) if required.

We endeavour to draw a quote that is both fully complaint with Australian standards, energy reports and complements your project at the same time.

Our turnaround time for price quotations is between 7-10 working days. At the end of this, you will receive a quotation, designs and a colour chart

Site Visit

3. Site Visit

Once the quotation is approved, our project managers will contact you to set up a site meeting, and a deposit invoice will be arranged. Your site will be inspected and final measurements for fabrication taken - this is the best time to discuss rebates, fixing adaptors and finishing options; you can also clarify any queries and discuss other technical aspects of your project. Design changes are welcome and possible until this stage.


4. Fabrication

Now that designs and quotes are all approved, measurements finalised and materials ordered, our expert fabricators get into the factory to make your project come to life.

Installation / Supply

5. Installation / Supply

We are now ready to install or supply your project. We will always price installation by Nuline separately on our quotes for your flexibility.

If you decide to have supply from us and installation by others, we will still come out and put the glass in for you. In such cases, our installers will be happy to guide your tradesmen through the installation of frames to ensure these are plumb and straight. Before the site is handed over, our installers ensure that you are happy with the products installed and all is well.

But wait - It doesn’t end there! We will always stand behind our product quality and workmanship. If you ever struggle with the doors or windows, we are just a phone call away and more than happy to help.
