DecoWood Powder Coating
At Nuline windows and doors, we understand that timber frames can provide a certain look that customers want. But we can achieve the same look in aluminium, all the while maintaining the benefits of aluminium as opposed to using real timber. We have teamed up with DecoWood to provide customers with an ecological friendly alternative to timber with durability and low maintenance of powder coated aluminium. This type of powder coating can be applied to all our bifold doors, stackable and sliding doors, windows and all our other aluminium products.
DecoWood powder coating uses a process which involves the absorption of a special pigment ink directly into the powder coat. This means that the ink is absorbed into the full depth of the powder coating, which is usually around 80 to 100 microns thick. This powder coating meets all the Australian powder coating standards.
Having passed rigorous testing, DecoWood offers a 10-year surface warranty on the powder coating. Please visit their site for further information on warranties.
